Dear community,
As you are already aware about the set backs we as a project are facing due to some of our own mistakes and keeping in mind best interest of everyone associated with the project we have decided to officially end onepad.
From the day one we have been very excited about the onepad and its potential however our own mistakes shattered our dreams and landed us in this situation, As a team we fully acknowledge our mistakes and take full responsibility of our actions.
As promised in our previous public announcement we have come up with a structured refund proposal. Since we had already spent a bit of project raise on initial project development and small marketing events and has also paid salaries to ourself ( Apart from what we lost ) we believe it would be fair to put aside 20% of the raise towards these expenses and refund the remaining 80% back to the contributors therefore referring this as eligible amount.
In order for us to fulfil this refund proposal we require additional time and request the same from the community, we plan to complete the full eligible amount refund within a period of 12 months.
Below is our structured refund proposal for the community,
< 10,001 BUSD: 50% eligible amount before 31st of Aug 2022 and 50% eligible amount before 30th of Nov 2022
< 20,001 BUSD & > 10,001 BUSD: 30% eligible amount before 31st of Aug 2022, 30% eligible amount before 30th of Nov 2022 and 40% eligible amount before 28th of Feb 2023
< 30,001 BUSD & > 20,001 BUSD: 25% eligible amount before 31st of Aug 2022, 35% eligible amount before 30th of Nov 2022 and 40% eligible amount before 28th of Feb 2023
< 50,001 BUSD & > 30,001 BUSD: 20% eligible amount before 31st of Aug 2022, 25% eligible amount before 30th of Nov 2022, 25% eligible amount before 28th of Feb 2023 & 30% eligible amount before 31st of May 2023
> 50,001 BUSD: 20% eligible amount before 31st of Aug 2022, 20% eligible amount before 30th of Nov 2022, 30% eligible amount before 28th of Feb 2023 & 30% eligible amount before 31st of May 2023
A new telegram group would be created to handle queries from involved VCs and to coordinate further.
Please note that only VCs and Individuals involved will be part of new group and all the information will be shared with them directly.
We would like to conclude this post by thanking everyone who supported us even in the worst phase of our journey. Mistakes happen however how you deal with them define you as a character and we chose to owe our mistakes and work hard to fix it.
